Great service from the workshop, as always. However, during a recent visit to the retail shop, I spent around 30 minutes browsing without anyone offering assistance.

I was in the market for a new adventure jacket, but unfortunately, the sales staff seemed to avoid me, and I didn’t feel welcome.

That said, Mark from the workshop was fantastic—really appreciate his help and professionalism.

Addition:

Thank you for the feedback.

I will visit your retail store again.

I mailed KTM centurion my spares list on Monday, Buy 16h44 Thomas phoned me and explained the because my bike is older than 10 years some parts might not be available any more. Thomas then phoned me 30 minutes later and said that KTM has stock of all my spares. I received my quote the next day from Gerda. The service that I received from Thomas and Gerda is top notch, thank you so much guys.

KTM Centurion provided a seamless, professional, on point, and exhilarating experience during the purchasing of a brand new KTM Duke for my teenage son. Johan was instrumental in providing a next level service, going the extra mile and provided the highest level of customer service. His energy is electric and he even took extra time to show my son the ropes with his new motorcycle. I wholeheartedly want to thank Johan and also Nikki for their excellent customer service and their authentic and meaningful engagement througout the whole experience.
